Currently Hiring: Marketing Manager

PostCurious is an independent publisher of narrative tabletop puzzle adventures AKA puzzletales. These are games by and for puzzle nerds: think escape rooms + board games + interactive fiction. Our company is primarily a direct-to-consumer e-commerce business, and we’re looking for a creative marketing manager who is genuinely excited about helping our games reach a broader audience.

PostCurious is a small but mighty team of two. Our work environment is casual but dedicated, with more autonomy than hierarchy and more self-direction than micromanaging. We’re sincerely passionate about this work and seeking the same from our new hire.
We recognize the below responsibilities might look like a lot for just one person. Honestly, they are! We each wear a lot of hats, and we’ll expect the same from our Marketing Manager. That being said, we’re still a small company, and many of these tasks don’t actually take up much time day-to-day. For context, we currently manage most of these responsibilities alongside the rest of our work, and even so, we rarely work a full 40-hour week. As a team, we value work/life balance and prioritize a sustainable workload over maximizing output. A happy and healthy employee who sticks around is better than one who gets pushed too hard and then burns out.
